Author's program of O. Shevchenko “Universal Energy” organically includes energy practices from the course of Universal Energy (practices of purification, breathing, energy flow), energy practices of the Ancient Northern Tradition (mainline channels, strings of internal tension, cauldrons of power) and Taoist Yoga (chakras, meridians, microcosmic orbit).
Ancient Practices: Universal Energy, Northern Tradition, Taoism are based on the idea that every person is a Microcosm, it is structured the same way as the Universe - the big Cosmos.

Level 1 
“FIVE ELEMENTS”

The “Universal Energy” program was created for the physical, mental, spiritual health of people, for their self-perfection.
A trinity is necessary for human health which is harmony between our physical body, our feelings (emotional state - magnetic energy) and thoughts (mental state - electrical energy).
Our Life is based on that balance.

The main thing is that this program of development, self-perfection and self-help has been adapted for a modern person of any age.
People return to Nature, they learn how to interact with the Universal Energies of the Elements: Earth, Water, Air, Fire, Ether, and how to harmonize these five elements in their inner Cosmos.

Harmony of the Energies of the Five Elements in the Human Body is the guarantee of our Health.
The “Universal Energy” program includes work with the energy flows of the Earth (ascending) and of the Cosmos (descending).
These flows have to be in balance; this energy is circulating in our body regardless of whether or not we think of it, whether or not we believe in it, 
Both flows have to be equal, they bring balance into people's lives. Balance of the flows is a Golden Path of Ascension.

Cosmic and Earth Flows

Practices are taking place outdoors, in contact with Nature in Places of Power, as the Energy Centers in the human body are connected to the Energy Centers of the Earth.
Sacred Objects carry the full Spectrum of Energies which is necessary for the physical, mental and spiritual health of a person.

At the second stage, we work with the Family Tree. This is Our protection 
and Our support.
Practices of the “Universal Energy” program are aimed to strengthen and harmonize the Family energy. To strengthen connection with our Ancestors. To improve your health, personal relationships. Always respect your Family (Ancestors).
If you work diligently on cleansing and healing your Family Tree, you can completely change your life and build what you have always wanted.

Level 3
“UNIVERSAL ENERGY”

Work with the Energy System, Cauldrons of Power and Microcosmic Orbit according to the author’s program “Universal Energy”.

We live thanks to a unique combination
of energies that circulate around and within us.
The two main ones are magnetism and electricity. This Energy is being used to improve quality of life and to establish connection with the Universe. By tuning with those Energies, we become conductors of this Power establishing a direct connection with the Universe.

My name is Antonina Ksenzovets, I was born in Kyiv, Ukraine. I’ve been leaving in the USA since October 2023.
